Prague 07. 02. 2007
The shareholders of Amos CZ a.s. company finalised the agreements that have led to the regrouping of financial relationships in the company. The existing majority shareholder Mr Ondřej Ryčl agreed with the other shareholders on the buy out of the remaining participations.

Amos CZ a.s. company does not foresee rebranding, it will continue to act on the market under the original name and logo. Mr Ondřej Ryčl naturally keeps the position of the chairman of the board.
